BROS

Inspired by American bro culture.

A pixel crew of loud, grinning, badly behaved legends. Every bro is his own thing: the mohawk, the cowl, the horns, the cap worn backwards on principle. One clasp, one crew.

What is BROS?

BROS started as a handshake and a joke that got out of hand. It is a pixel cast built on the loudest parts of American bro culture: the loyalty, the nicknames, the questionable haircuts, the guy who will absolutely help you move a couch at 6am.

01

Pixel first

Hand-placed pixels, hard edges, no gradients pretending to be depth. Every bro reads clearly at 24 pixels tall.

02

A crew, not a cast

Nobody in this lineup is the main character. The bros only make sense standing shoulder to shoulder.

03

Loud on purpose

Green mohawks, devil horns, a cowl, a cigarette. Subtlety was considered and then rejected.

04

Built in public

Everything happens on the timeline first. Follow along, reply, ruin the replies. That is the point.

The Bro Code

  1. A bro shows up. Early, loud, and with snacks nobody asked for.
  2. A bro hypes his bros. Publicly, excessively, and without being asked twice.
  3. A bro never explains the haircut. The haircut explains itself.
  4. A bro holds the clasp. Hand over wrist. It means you are in.
  5. A bro brings one more bro. The crew only grows sideways.
  6. A bro keeps it fun. The second it stops being fun, it stops being bros.
